Fundraising Events

Bishop Luers High School is grateful for the energy and commitment of our extracurricular organizations, athletic teams, coaches, moderators, parents, and volunteers who work to support the student experience.

To ensure all fundraising activities are coordinated, consistent with the mission of Bishop Luers High School, and appropriately managed, all fundraising events and activities must receive prior approval from the Office of Mission Advancement.

Any extracurricular organization, athletic team, club, or other school-affiliated group wishing to host an event or activity to raise funds for their program must complete and submit the Fundraising Event Request Form before making commitments, soliciting sponsors or donations, advertising the event, or beginning fundraising activities.

No fundraising event or activity may be held on behalf of Bishop Luers High School or any school-affiliated organization without prior approval from the Office of Mission Advancement.

Please complete the Fundraising Event Request Form below to provide details about your proposed fundraiser. The Office of Mission Advancement will review your request and follow up regarding approval and next steps.

Raffles & Charitable Gaming

Fundraisers involving raffles, drawings, games of chance, or other charitable gaming activities require additional review and approval. These activities are regulated by the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC), Charity Gaming Division and must comply with applicable Indiana charitable gaming laws, licensing requirements, recordkeeping, and reporting procedures.

Do not advertise a raffle, sell or distribute raffle tickets, collect money, or conduct any charitable gaming activity without prior approval from the Office of Mission Advancement.

The Office of Mission Advancement will determine whether the proposed activity can be conducted under Bishop Luers High School's charitable gaming authorization and will coordinate any required documentation, financial reporting, and compliance procedures.

All raffles and charitable gaming activities associated with Bishop Luers High School must be coordinated through and approved by the Office of Mission Advancement before proceeding.
