Day #2 of Catholic School's Week! Yesterday BLHS had a prayer service to kick off the week. Today, everyone participated in a morning of service projects. We helped Vera Bradley make several hundred ribbons to hang around town. We made approximately 300 sack lunches for the Rescue Mission. We helped clean and package many seeds for the Little River Wetlands Project through Eagle Marsh, and make thank-you cards to put on the tables for our donors at Luers Knight. In all, we completed around 370 service hours and saved our organizations $11,700 that they would have needed to pay someone to do the work we completed today.
