Bishop Luers Parents - Road conditions changed quickly this morning due to untimely snowfall. If conditions are unsafe, you are not required to bring your student or allow them to drive today. Weather-related absences will be excused. Safety first.
Today Bishop Luers High School held the Winter Sodalitas In-House Day of Service! Students saved local organizations $17,400 during their work this morning. They completed the following:
80 fleece cat blankets for Animal Care and Control
8 kid blankets and 600 clothing tags for Christ Child Society
1000 tied ribbons for Vera Bradley to hang downtown during Breast Cancer Awareness
1000 thank you notes for veterans (Honor Flight, VA Hospital, nursing homes) and nurses (various hospitals, nursing homes, doctor's offices, etc), also 100 notes for breast cancer patients
300 sack lunches for the Rescue Mission
We are proud of our Knights!
