The Bishop Luers High School All School Blessing was extra special this year!
Students and teachers lined the hallways as Fr. Paolo blessed them with Holy Water. The procession concluded in the gym with a teaching on relics and veneration before the closing prayer and blessing.
Two First Class Relics were officially installed in the front foyer of the school building, Saints Carlo Acutis and Maria Gorreti.
A special thank you to Dr. John Trok, who created the beautiful wooden cases to house these relics for veneration.
We are so blessed to have these two relics at Bishop Luers!

Dr. Nichols has joined the Bishop Luers Team as our new Show Choir Director/Choral Director. He has a PhD in Choral Music Education from the University of Florida and extensive experience teaching in both high school and college settings. He has previously taught at St. Joseph Brooklyn, St. John the Baptist in Fort Wayne, and New Haven High School.
Dr. Nichols is excited to get involved in the Bishop Luers community and direct the choral program.
