BLHS held Advent Reconciliation Services for students the past few days. Students had Adoration time in the gym, and several priests provided Confessions.

BLHS Junior JydaMarie Nettles was selected to play in the PFW Three Rivers Honor Band again this year! She auditioned and practiced under the direction of BLHS Band Director Mr. Hanke. Last weekend she performed in the concert at PFW with the rest of the Honor Band. Jyda is involved with both band and cheerleading at BLHS. Congratulations JydaMarie!

Today was Adoration Day at BLHS. Theology Classes each took turns adoring Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. Four of our students provided praise & worship music throughout the day.

This past weekend, National Honor Society students volunteered at the Big Brothers Big Sisters Champagne Brunch at the Coliseum. The speakers delivered a strong message about giving back and the importance that Big's have in mentoring a Little in our community.
