The Fort Wayne TinCaps are set to host an unforgettable evening at Parkview Field on Friday, July 11, as they celebrate hometown hero, Kevin Kiermaier, a Major League Baseball standout and one of the game’s premier defenders.
The event, which also features DC Super Hero Night, will honor Kiermaier’s incredible accomplishments on and off the field. A native of Fort Wayne and a graduate of Bishop Luers High School, Kiermaier has built an impressive MLB career that includes:
World Series Champion (2023)
4× Gold Glove Award winner
Platinum Glove Award winner
Over a decade of big league experience, known for elite defense and leadership
To mark the occasion, the first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive an exclusive Kevin Kiermaier bobblehead, presented by Avancez Assembly. Fans will also have the unique opportunity to see Kiermaier in person during the evening’s festivities.
This celebration is part of the TinCaps' continued commitment to honoring local legends and bringing Major League excitement to Fort Wayne fans.
