The Most Reverend Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades has appointed Seth Coffing as Principal of Bishop Luers High School, effective immediately.
Mr. Coffing has worked at Bishop Luers for the past 4 years in the roles of Health/PE Teacher, Assistant and Head Basketball Coach, Head Golf Coach, Assistant Principal, and Interim Principal.
Coffing said, "I am honored that Bishop Rhoades, Superintendent Maugel, the diocese, and the Bishop Luers community has entrusted me as the principal of Bishop Luers High School. After four months as the Interim Principal, we have forged forward making great progress in many different key areas for our students. I am looking forward to continuing that progress with our administration, teachers and staff. Bishop Luers is such a great place with wonderful tradition. I am blessed to be in this role."
Mr. Coffing will continue to serve as the Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach.
Mandy Allen will now be our full-time Assistant Principal at Bishop Luers High School.
Mrs. Allen has worked at Bishop Luers for the past 11 years as the Media Center Specialist and for the past 2 years as an Assistant Principal alongside Mr. Coffing.
