Weighted Values
Bishop Luers uses a weighted grading scale. The weight factor is 1 point added only to honors courses or AP courses. All other courses are unweighted. The weighting value is added to the grade earned. For example: a student earns an A- in English 9/Honors, the point value is 10+1. Weight values for each course are published in the curriculum booklet following the grade level of the course.
