St. Cecilia Honor Band

The St. Cecilia Honor Band is an event that is hosted by Bishop Luers and Bishop Dwenger High Schools to gather all of our middle school and high school students to spend a day rehearsing together. This event gives students the opportunity to work with world class musicians and is capped off with an evening performance, giving them the chance to perform in a larger ensemble. This event costs just over $4,000 to sponsor annually with the cost being the purchase of event shirts, providing students with lunch, hiring guest clinicians, and the purchase of music. We have a goal of growing this event and hopefully being able to rent out a facility in the near future to continue to provide the highest quality educational experience to our ever-growing programs.

Currently, those who donate $100 dollars or more will get their names put in our program which is given to everyone who attends the concert. Those who donate $500 or more will have their name in the program and have their names or logos placed on the back of the event shirts that will be given to each of the participants.
