Credit Recovery

Students who fail required classes can make up those credits. Credit recovery grades do not replace an F; both courses and grades will appear on the transcript, and the average is reflected in the cumulative GPA. We will accept credits from these programs:

When registering, be sure to indicate these credits are for Bishop Luers High School (school code: 151-083).

Religion Credit (Senior Year Only)

Students who need to make up a senior theology class must log on to CANVAS, join the course called Theology Credit Recovery/Catholic Social Teaching and complete all assignments.

Jobs, Internships

Bishop Luers partners with local employers and organizations to offer internships and job opportunities to students.

Work permits

Students hired for employment/internships must provide the following to the Guidance Office:

  • Birth certificate
  • Completed “Intent to Employ” form (must be filled in and signed by employer, parent, and student)
