The Bishop Luers High School class of 1968 held their 50th reunion on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018 at the Courtyard by Marriott downtown. 148 guests enjoyed the time spent with alumni and friends. (posted 10/1/18) 

   

 

Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades celebrated Mass commemorating the 60^th anniversary of Bishop Luers High School on Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2018. Six priests concelebrated with Bishop Rhoades, and three of them were alumni of Bishop Luers; Father Jonathan Norton, '00; Tony Steinacker, '91; and Father Bill Sullivan, '64. Representatives of every graduation class over the past 60 years participated in a procession. A reception followed the Mass in the media center. (posted 10/1/18) See photo gallery. 

Austin Mack, '16 received the John Carlos Award on October 23, 2018 at the Fifth Annual Civic Engagement Banquet hosted by Social Change through the Office of Student Life and The Ohio State University. Austin's "passionate dedication to service and leadership have been recognized as truly embodying the 'pay it forward' spirit and epitomizing the university motto of 'Education for Citizenship'." Joe Giant, '01 works for the City of Fort Wayne Department of Redevelopment, and spoke with Bishop Luers business students in Mrs. Liane Carroll’s class on October 23. Joe spoke about economic development and the Electric Works project in Fort Wayne.
