For Incoming 9th Grade Applications
Beginning Monday, January 14, 2019 - the application process will open online for NEW 2019-20 freshman students. When you click on the link below, you will be directed to a webpage where you will complete the Bishop Luers High School new student application.
Through the online application process for incoming 9th graders, you will be asked to provide and upload the following documents; your student's birth certificate, the first semester 8th grade report card, most recent ISTEP scores, Attendance & Discipline record and NWEA scores (if available) and student's IEP/ISP (if applicable). If you can't upload these documents, then copies can be mailed or dropped off to:

At the end of the application, you will be asked to pay an application fee of $20.00 (this will be applied to the registration fee). This can be done by cash or check directly at our school Business Office (by mail or in person) or by the electronic method indicated. The remainder of the registration fee - $135.00 - will be due upon acceptance ($155 if paid after May 1, 2019).
For new 9th graders, you will also be asked to schedule an appointment time to meet with a Guidance Counselor or Administrator for the student to choose his/her classes for freshman year. Appointment times will be on February 6th, 7th and 13th from 6:30p.m. - 8:30p.m. Or call the Admissions Director, Jenny Andorfer at 260-456-1261 ext. 3139

For Upperclassmen Transfer Applications
Application process begins February 11, 2019 for the 2019-20 school year
Follow the same online application process as stated above and submit only the following supporting documentation by upload or mail:
An Unofficial Copy of the Student's Transcript from the Current School
A Copy of the Student's Birth Certificate
Attendance and Discipline Records
An interview with our school Principal for all transfer 10th, 11th and 12th graders must also be scheduled for the student and a parent; we will call you for this appointment once all paperwork has been received.
