The Business Office supports the Mission and Vision of Bishop Luers High School. We manage the assets while helping families with individual needs in the best way possible. We serve our families by doing our best to be good disciples and stewards of what God brings to us daily for those who are currently with us and all who have passed through our doors.
In the process we collect funds, balance budgets, manage and record financial activity. We do our best to be the listening ear by showing support to our families through financial assistance, scholarships and support.
The Business Office staff does this for our Bishop Luers Families, Staff, Alumni, Administration, Teachers, Diocese, Priests, Vendors, and all our Friends.
We strive to be accurate, transparent, and consistent with honesty and integrity.
Our purpose is to bring honor to God through our beliefs, our behavior, our actions, our words, our attitudes, our work, our values, and our practice.
When should I expect financial assistance to be applied?
- Financial aid by Aug. 31
- Final round of Financial Aid by Nov. 30
- SGO by Oct. 1
- SGO second round by Feb. 1
- Black and Indian Grant by mid-February
- Hope Scholarship by Aug. 24
- Raker Scholarship mid-year

Facts Tuition Management: ALL FAMILIES must sign up to pay tuition through FACTS Tuition Management.
If you have not received an email from FACTS stating that your account has been finalized you have NOT completed the process. You will not receive a billing invoice until you have signed up on FACTS management for your tuition payments.
Some Scholarships, financial Aid and SGO's have not all been applied. We are in the process of completing applications and meeting with committees. If you need to make a payment arrange on your FACTS management account please email Lori Price at LPrice@bishopluers.org. A three-day notice is needed to make any FACTS changes. Please provide the information in writing by emailing Mrs. Lori Price at LPrice@bishopluers.org.
What if I make a change on FACTS Tuition Management?
Any change request for FACTS tuition accounts must be made in writing and a $10 change fee (first change, $25 fee after first change) must be paid BEFORE a change can be made. A 72-hour notice is required for all changes and the fee must be paid prior to the change being completed.
