Our Mission
The mission of the Development, Alumni, Admissions & Public Relation Offices at
Bishop Luers High School is to create an understanding and love for our
school, resulting in a faithful and generous response to support our
mission.
This mission will be accomplished through a comprehensive program
that encompasses alumni affairs, communication and marketing,
publications, student recruitment and retention, fundraising,
volunteers, the annual fund, capital campaigns and special events.
These efforts are a necessary part of Bishop Luers commitment to
providing students with an education that promotes the development of
Christian values, intellectual growth, respect for the individual,
social awareness, and the opportunity to develop one’s gifts.
Tuition and fees, alone, do not provide the necessary financial
resources for Bishop Luers to meet the needs of our students. We rely on
the generosity of alumni, parents, and friends as well as the support of
the Diocese of Fort Wayne – South Bend to meet the ongoing needs of
providing a quality educational program. Fundraising is critical to
support need-based tuition assistance, technology, capital improvements,
expanding curriculum, professional development of faculty and staff, and
other extraordinary costs associated with operating this school.
Bishop Luers invites alumni, parents, and friends to join in an
ongoing effort to achieve many goals. With your support, we can meet
tomorrow’s challenges head-on and strengthen the programs we offer our
students.
