IN THE NATION!
Luers cheerleaders competed on December 28th
and 29th in Dallas, Texas, in the High School
Nationals for NCA. Our team competed in the Parochial
School Division and received 7th place! We
are now ranked 7th among Catholic HS in the United
States! What a wonderful accomplishment for Bishop Luers
and these fine young ladies! The girls that represented
Luers are: Morgan Carroll, Josi Rowdabaugh, Amelia
Windom, Monica Roth, Laura Fennelly, Shelby Kendall,
Kaitlin Krudop, Kourtney Frieburger and Lexie Hamel.
Luers is proud of their accomplishments and can not wait
to see what the future holds for us!

School Cheerleading
Tryouts for the 2008-2009 Freshman, Junior Varsity, and
Varsity cheerleading squads(Football, Basketball,
Competition)will be held on Saturday May 10, 2008 in the
school gym from 9-3. There will be a lunch break from
12-1; bring a lunch. Please wear a t-shirt, shorts and
sneakers. The squads will be chosen that day and results
posted by 3:30. All girls who are registered for the
2008-2009 school year are eligible to tryout.
Interested girls must attend one of the following
informational meetings in room 256:
Tuesday April 15th 3:15-3:45
Tuesday April 15th 3:45-4:15
Wednesday April 16th 5:30-6:00
Tuesday May 6th 3:15-3:45
Wednesday May 7th 5:30-6:00
