Bishop Luers Fees

School Improvement Fee

$185

Necessary to help cover unusual school improvements incurred throughout the school year.

Memorial Fee

$15

Used exclusively for tuition assistance for those students who experience the death of a parent while enrolled as a student at Bishop Luers High School.

Book Rental Fee

$350

Books are distributed the first day of class are required to be returned to the classroom at the end of the semester/year. Any books that are not returned will have to be replaced by the parent/student at full replacement cost.

Technology Fee

$225

Assists with maintaining and upgrading technology equipment and programs.

Curriculum/Lab Fee

$60

Necessary to help cover activities and labs in classes, such as: art, music, band, choir, science, business, etc.

Course Fee

$225

Covers Guidance, testing, scheduling/report cards, Knightlines/mailings, student newspapers, retreats, Campus Ministry, marketing fees, students insurance, library/media center, nursing, development and classroom needs. Does not include book fees.

 Catholic Identity Fee

$25 

Assists with service learning expenses, staff development and student retreats.

 Student Insurance Fee

$35 

Covers premium for student insurance coverage.

Financial Aid

Financial Obligation for a Quality Catholic Education 2016-2017 School Year

Registration Fees (Non refundable): $135.00 per student 

Late Registration (Non refundable) begins 4/1/16: $160.00

The above registration fee must be returned with the Financial Obligation Agreement form in order for the registration/enrollment process to be complete.

The Diocesan Office of the Bishop and Bishop Luers set the tuition and fees for the 2016-2017 school year. Also, in accordance with Diocesan Policy, we will be contacting the Pastors of each parish for confirmation of Registered Parishioners for those families who are receiving the Registered in a Diocesan Parish tuition rate. All applications are available on the website or in the Business Office.

Registration fee must be paid and deadline for filing is April 30, 2016. Late applications are accepted, but aid is awarded on first come first serve basis.

The following signed forms are due at registration: Financial Obligation Agreement Form with the “payment method” selected, completed “parish information” and “Diocesan school employee information” (if applicable).

Registration Fee (Non refundable) - $135 with completed & signed Application for Admission Form. Deadline: April 1, 2016.

Late Registration Fee (Non refundable) - After April 1, 2016 is $160.

Notification of financial aid and awarded scholarships will be sent in July & August, 2016.

Payment Options

You MUST SELECT one of the four options of payment listed below. Please check the option selected.

ALL families must complete the FACTS Management Automatic Tuition Payment Agreement on-line. Current BLHS families on FACTS will be re-enrolled by Luers staff. Payments are made by Automatic ACH draft from either a bank account or credit card. NSF fees will be assessed by FACTS if there are insufficient funds in the account at the time of draft.

Payment Options

Option 1: FULL AMOUNT due to Bishop Luers on or before August 15, 2016.

If the full amount is not paid by the August deadline, you will need to select Option 2, 3, or 4 and a service charge will be assessed.

Option 2:  SEMI-ANNUAL Pay one-half the balance in July 2016, and the remaining balance in January  2017. A $75 service charge added to your balance for carrying the unpaid balance for a period of time.

Option 3:  QUARTERLY Pay balance over 4 month period July, 2016 through April, 2017.  (July 2016, Nov. 2016, Jan. 2017, April 2017)
 A $100 service charge added to your balance for carrying the balance over the school year.

Option 4:  MONTHLY Pay balance over a 10 month period July, 2016 through April, 2017.
 A $100 service charge added to your balance for carrying the balance over the school year.


Due at registration:
· Tuition Financial Obligation card with the “payment method” selected, completed “parish information” and Diocesan school employee information” (if applicable) & “signed”.
· Registration Fee - $135 with completed & signed Application for Admission Form.  April 1, 2016 fee is $160.

 - Notice of amount due will be emailed from FACTS Tuition Management.
