Bishop Luers is a Christ-centered, faith-filled school. Our students and staff continually live the Gospel message and give back to the community through food and clothing drives, assisting in the elementary schools, helping not-for-profit ministries, offering youth sports camps and providing tutoring opportunities, to name but a few.
Bishop Luers maintains high academic standards and expectations. We have twice been the recipient of the National Catholic High School Honor Roll Award and, in 2007-2008, we received the Exemplary academic status from the Indiana Department of Education. We boast a 99% graduation rate and 95% of our graduates pursue higher levels of education
Bishop Luers Alumni hold influential positions across the globe. Our Alumni are making a difference in many areas including the medical, business, legal, media, educational, government and religious communities.
Diversity holds a place of great importance in our school and is tremendously evident. Our students and staff encompass a wide spectrum of social, economic, religious and ethnic backgrounds.
Bishop Luers Athletic Department has been recognized by Sports Illustrated as one of the Top 25 High School Athletic Programs in the United States. Our athletic teams have earned seventeen state titles including three in 2007-2008, a new State record.
Bishop Luers' Minstrels Show Choir holds the distinction as the first show choir in Americ to host a show choir competition. Today, there are over 250 invitations sent out across the country. Our Minstels are ranked as one of Indiana's top show choirs.
The Bishop Luers community is dedicated and loyal to the school and its activities. We are proud to have a "family atmosphere" within the school community and are grateful for the significant involvement of parents, alumni and friends. It is truly Luers Spirit in action.
Bishop Luers High School has over seventeen extra-curricular activities and more than 90% of our student body participates in one or more of these activities. Our Key Club and Future Business Leaders of America have been nationally recognized for their work in our Fort Wayne Community.

BISHOP LUERS ANNUAL
GOLF OUTINGHeld in September, this popular event attracts approximately 100 golfers ranging from beginners to pros. Typically, the shotgun start begins at 1:00pm at Brookwood Golf Course. Many different prizes and awards are given away during the event, including a chance to win a 3 day/2 night vacation, a chance at a $100, 000 shoot out, prizes for the longest drive, longest putt, and the closest to the pin. After golf, a dinner is provided. Proceeds from the golf outing will fund the Alumni Scholarship Fund.

5K Run/WalkThis annual event is held in the spring at Fort Wayne's finest Foster Park. Over 175 participated last year. Proceeds from the run/walk will support the Alumni Scholarship Fund.

BISHOP LUERS HOMECOMINGS
The Alumni Office hosts two homecomings throughout the year, one in the fall and another in the winter. These homecoming celebrations give Bishop Luers' alumni and friends the opportunity to attend either a football or basketball game, tour the school, and spend time together at an adult after party.
