ST. CLARE CLUB

Sister Lois DeLee, from the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration in Mishawaka, Indiana, meets as announced after school with young women from Bishop Luers to discuss their options in choosing a vocation. Her presence and encouragement helps young women to understand the meaning of their vocations whether to marriage, single life, or a religious vocation.  Sister Lois encourages those who are interested to actively pursue a life dedicated to Jesus Christ and serving the Church as a religious sister.

PIZZA WITH PADRE

Father Dave Rupert, Father Drew Curry, and Father Larry Kramer, chaplains here at Bishop Luers, meet as announced with the young men of Bishop Luers for a pizza lunch and discussion at lunch time in the campus ministry office.  This opportunity to freely discuss life issues helps young men to understand the meaning of their vocations whether to marriage, single life, religious vocation, or priesthood.  Young men who are interested in serving the church as a religious or as a priest are encouraged and invited to further explore their options.

You are the light of the world...your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.  - Matthew 5:14
