Bishop Luers High School is a Catholic educational community
which instills in each student dignity, integrity, respect and
responsibility. Nurtured by Catholic truths each student is able to
face the challenges in his or her own life spiritually, academically
and socially while serving God and others in a global and changing
society.
Bishop Luers Mission Statement 2009-2010
Campus Ministry at Bishop Luers seeks to empower young
people to live as disciples of Jesus Christ; draw them to a responsible
participation in the work of the Catholic faith community; and to foster
their total personal and spiritual growth.
Campus Ministry shares with the entire school community
the responsibility to offer opportunities for enriching the spiritual
lives of the students, their families, faculty and staff. Through daily
prayer, liturgical celebrations, retreats, peer ministry, service, and
pastoral counseling, we integrate gospel values into the daily life of
the school. Campus Ministry is sensitive to the religious and moral
growth of all students of all faiths.
