Text Box: April 11, 2008 Spirit Week Review Many of us remember our days in high school and the fun things that happen during Spirit Week. It all started out with a unique theme of “Dressing...Lettuce see your school Spirit” Each day brought a new theme: toga, cowboy, beach, 70’s and spirit day (black/red). All students and staff participated in a fun week planned by the Student Council. Grandparents’ Day Whether you were a sophomore student, a grandparent or special guest, all enjoyed witnessing LUERS SPIRIT! We were blessed with over 100 guests in our halls of Bishop Luers. All enjoyed the Mass, visiting the classrooms and the musical selections presented by our Music Department. Next Week’s Schedule Tuesday, April 15th: Artist Ron Lewis in Mrs. Gasnarez’s room Thursday, April 17th: Luers Preview Party 7-9pm Cost: $5 per person Friday, April 18th: No School LuersKnight “An Enchanted Knight” 5:30pm Cocktails & 6:30 Dinner Future Information “South Pacific” Spring Musical performances are April 25th & 26th @ 7:30pm. Tickets are $7.00 and available from school and cast members. Prom tickets are on sale until Wednesday in the café. Couples are $20 and Stag are $12.
